By accessing or using Domme Pair ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

Domme Pair is a matching platform that connects submissive individuals with dominant individuals ("Dommes") based on compatibility quiz results. The Site provides:

• A personality/preference quiz
• Matching results based on quiz scores
• Educational training content ("Sissy University")
• Contact information for listed Dommes

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Domme Pair does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the service. Matches are algorithmic suggestions, not endorsements. We do not guarantee that any Domme will respond to or accept you.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Treat all Dommes with respect
• Not harass, stalk, or send unwanted repeated messages to any listed individual
• Not use the Site for any illegal purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Site's content or code
• Not misrepresent your identity or age

6. Domme Listings

All Dommes listed on the platform have consented to be listed. Domme Pair does not employ, manage, or control listed Dommes. Any arrangement made between you and a Domme is solely between the two of you. Domme Pair is not a party to those arrangements and assumes no liability for them.

7. Payments & Fees

Certain features of the Site may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, code, design, and educational materials — is the property of Domme Pair and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Quiz data is stored locally in your browser by default. No personal data is transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly initiate a transaction or account action.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domme Pair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any interactions with individuals found through the Site.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
