Domme Pair ("we," "us," "the Site") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

Data stored locally (your browser only)

• Quiz answers and scores
• Slider adjustments
• Toy inventory selections
• University progress (completed lessons, course state)
• Display name and avatar choice

This data is stored in your browser's localStorage. It is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly initiate an action that requires it (e.g., a purchase).

Data collected by us

• Payment data: If you make a purchase, payment is processed by a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your credit card number. We may receive your email address and transaction ID for order fulfillment.
• Analytics: We may collect anonymized usage data (page views, quiz completion rates) to improve the service. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics.

3. Data We Collect from Dommes (Portal Users)

If you are a listed Domme using the Domme Portal, we collect and store the following on our servers:

• Account data: Email address (used for login and communication), encrypted password (managed via AWS Cognito)
• Profile information: Display name, tagline, bio, specialties, services, payment methods, contact details, and ideal sub preferences — all provided voluntarily by you
• Photos: Images you upload to your profile, stored securely in AWS S3
• Activity data: Last login timestamp, account creation date, support tickets you submit

How Domme data is used

• To display your profile publicly to submissives seeking matches
• To match submissives with you based on your stated preferences
• To manage your account and provide platform support

How Domme data is shared

When you set your profile to "available," the following is shown publicly on the Site:

• Display name, tagline, bio, specialties, services, payment methods, and contact information
• Photos you have uploaded

Your email address, login credentials, and internal account data are never shared publicly.

Domme data deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Domme Portal. This will:

• Remove your profile and all associated data from our database
• Delete all uploaded photos from our storage
• Delete your authentication account

Alternatively, you can set your profile to "unavailable" to hide from public view without deleting your data.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To provide quiz results and matching functionality
• To process payments for premium features
• To improve the Site based on aggregate usage patterns
• To communicate with you regarding transactions you initiate

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:

• Payment processors: To complete transactions you initiate
• Legal compliance: If required by law or to protect our rights

Your quiz results and profile are never shared with Dommes unless you explicitly share them (e.g., using the "Copy my profile" feature to send to a Domme yourself).

6. Cookies

The Site uses localStorage for functionality. We may use cookies for:

• Session management (if accounts are added in the future)
• Analytics (anonymized)

No third-party advertising cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete your data at any time using the "Clear all data" button in your Profile, or by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site
• Request information about any server-side data we hold (if applicable) by contacting us
• Opt out of analytics by using a browser extension that blocks tracking scripts

8. Data Retention

Local data persists until you clear it. Server-side transaction records (if any) are retained for accounting and legal purposes for up to 7 years.

9. Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all communications. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third parties. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This Site is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has used the Site, we will delete any associated data immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
